Is there anything to be done about a backgammon opponent not playing in a timely manner?

I am playing an opponent in a 128 game. she then refused to double after Cheap Alli Online 64 because she was losing. Now, she is taking 2 minutes between rolls and refuses to double back.

Is there anything I can do, besides quit?
